By Pictolic https://pictolic.com/article/autograph-as-art-unusual-signatures-of-celebrities.htmlJohn Hancock, president of the Second Continental Congress, the first governor of Massachusetts, was the owner of one of the most famous signatures. When he signed the US Declaration of Independence, he deliberately made the signature so large that, in his words, "the fat old king could read it without glasses."
