But for this guy, they make an exception. Meet Robert Van Impe, who is also known by the pseudonym "Regular Rob".
Robert himself describes himself as a "mediocre dude from Belgium", but if you look at his Photoshop skills, you can see that Rob is not that simple.
Van Impe is a digital artist and comedian. He has a master's degree in advertising and marketing and is currently a journalist for the Belgian comedy magazine Humo. In his spare time, Robert draws his "encounters" with celebrities that look convincing enough to seem real.
