A policeman starred in a cute photo shoot with a girl he saved from death

On July 17, Corporal Patrick Ray and 2-year-old Bixley Norvell had a charming tea party in a park in Rowlett, Texas, to celebrate the anniversary of the girl's rescue. And photographer Chell Cates was invited to capture this meeting.

A year ago, on July 26, Bixley swallowed a coin that got stuck in her throat and did not allow the girl to breathe. When Patrick Ray arrived at the scene, the girl was already unconscious. The policeman reacted quickly, clearing the child's airways, and Bixley was able to breathe. The rescue itself was recorded by the officer's body camera.

The policeman later admitted that Bixley's first breath was the most beautiful sound he had ever heard.

So that the girl could personally thank the policeman, her mother arranged a tea party and sent an invitation to Patrick Ray. The corporal immediately agreed to come.
