Ceausescu could not give him such honor.
So, on a whim, he turned a little Vaslui in the thriving regional centre in just five years. A huge number of peasants were transferred there for the whole night and settled on the modular homes. Nevertheless, the combination of communism and Ceausescu's evil nature could bring in Vaslui latest architecture, engineering, plumbing and heating.
