The British managed to cope and achieve their goals. This ultra marathon has made her stronger, tougher and more beautiful.Stacy lives in Darlington with a 40-year-old husband Floors and 8-year-old son Beara. She told me how lost, through participation in the ultra marathon.
Stacy was always there. In her youth, she weighed 95 kg and wore size 54. Their family loved to eat well, so all was thick. At school over the girl scoffed, which caused her self-esteem is strongly reduced. She hated her body, but never played sports and led a sedentary lifestyle.
In 2002, the British met with the Floor. He became her first boyfriend and was not paying attention to her curvy shape. Boyfriend knew that Stacy insecure, but he always assured his beloved that she is beautiful. Gradually, the girl started to adopt a more healthy lifestyle. When she and Paul were married in August 2007, she weighed 70 kg and was wearing 46 size clothing.
Stacey wanted to become more confident. In August 2018, she enrolled in a local sports camp. Classes are held four times a week under the guidance of a personal trainer. The British wanted to lose weight to 44 size and become stronger and more toned. At first, the workouts were not easy, but with the fatigue happened and the release of endorphins, and the feeling she loved.
Soon the British are so fond of workout that signed up for another of Cycling classes and private lessons of physical education. She started to get up at 5 am for a run and pass for 10,000 steps a day. The more Stacy practiced, the greater grew her strength and endurance. Her body became more muscular and fit, but exercise has become the main passion of her life.
Stacy changed her diet. It has reduced the number of calories to 1380 per day. Woman eating healthy food only on the weekends and allow myself a slice of cake and a glass of wine.
Unfortunately the marathon was cancelled because of the pandemic coronavirus, but Stacy decided to run the same distance in their area. Previously, she ran no more than 20 km, and a distance of 100 km was a real challenge. Before the race, the woman increased the amount of calories in your diet to 2500 and start to eat more carbohydrates and proteins to prepare the body for the marathon.
The first day Stacy ran without stopping is 5 hours and 45 minutes. At the end of the day, she took a cold bath to soothe aching calves and bandaged knee, which was killing me. On the second day she had to run about 50 km, but the woman was determined to achieve this goal, but wore sneakers and got back on route. She ran 7 hours and 28 minutes. At the finish, Stacy felt a kind of euphoria. The British managed to collect 3,000 pounds (about 260 000) to charity. Despite the fact that the whole body ached for a few days, Stacy sure it's not her last marathon.
Briton Kevin Webber, and Stacy wanted to take part in the marathon six-day Marathon des Sables in the Sahara desert, however the competition was postponed because of the epidemic of the coronavirus. The man found a way to overcome the distance, not breaking the mode of self-isolation. Six days Webber ran 230 km directly into the backyard of the house.
