Sometimes it appears as a result of someone's tactless remarks, and in other cases, it is formed involuntarily when we compare ourselves with other people. One way or another, this ultimately leads to the fact that women gradually begin to feel insecurity in almost every centimeter of their bodies, without trying to analyze these feelings.
At Pictolic, we decided to name and discuss some features of women that no woman in the world should worry about.
8 PHOTOS
1. Hair on the legs above the knee.
The popularity of depilation, quite naturally, led to the fact that over time, women began to get rid of not only visible hair, but almost all, and that is why procedures such as wax depilation of the whole body have become so popular. However, the hair above the knees and on the arms, not to mention the rest of the body, is often quite soft, thin and inconspicuous. So is it worth cleaning up? Moreover, after depilation or constant shaving, the hair becomes darker and thicker due to the fact that the thin tip is cut off and a wide part of the hair grows back.
2. Dark circles and bags under the eyes.
Of course, some people may have dark circles and bags under their eyes more pronounced than others. However, in general, this is a fairly frequent reaction of the body to certain conditions. In some cases, they develop with age, as the muscles that support the eyelids weaken. In other cases, it is a natural reaction of the body to a person's habits and lifestyle. So instead of covering them up with makeup, it's best to focus on healthy sleep, nutrition, and peace of mind. This way, bags, and dark circles will disappear on their own.
3. Protruding teeth.
Dental problems can become especially acute in childhood, mainly due to school bullies who are happy to announce the peculiarities of someone's smile. The same thing happened in Sex Education, starring Aimee Lou Wood. One school bully pestered her and called her Bugs Bunny, and this, of course, led to the emergence of uncertainty, which the girl successfully overcame. Not everyone can boast of a perfect smile. Many people have certain flaws due to genetics, malocclusion, etc. But many celebrities have proven that overcoming insecurity and self-acceptance is far more important to success than fighting desperately against subtle flaws.
4. Round chin.
The range of cosmetic services is constantly changing and expanding. Every year we get acquainted with many new services, thanks to which new trends emerge. For example, more and more women are using thread braces to define their cheekbones and jawline. But is it worth losing your individuality in favor of fashion trends - especially considering that no lifting technique can give you lasting results? Therefore, before making this decision, you need to be prepared for many repetitive procedures.
5. Long index toes.
You may have noticed that in most ancient Greek and Roman paintings and sculptures, the depicted foot has an index finger that is longer than the thumb. This phenomenon was first diagnosed by orthopedic surgeon Dudley Joy Morton and is therefore medically known as Morton's toe and the Greek foot in general. Given that the Greeks were obsessed with the idea of perfect balance and the golden ratio in their works of art, equal to harmony, balance, and aesthetic perfection, this can be called the ideal of beauty. So you should treat it the same way!
6. Oily skin.
Many people consider their oily skin to be a disadvantage without considering the many benefits it provides. For example, sebum helps the skin avoid wrinkles for longer, moisturizes it well, and has antibacterial properties. In general, oily skin may not like its look and clogged pores, but these problems can be solved quite simply. Dermatologists have long developed a simple formula that helps balance and control oily skin. Here are some basic rules: Wash your face thoroughly with a mild foaming product, use a moisturizer, do not touch your face, and do not use oily or alcohol-based cleansers or skincare products.
7. Stretch marks.
The main cause of stretch marks is rapid weight gain or loss. During these periods, the skin (due to the lack of collagen or genetics) cannot properly respond to changes and stretch. Modern trends in the unrealistic perception of female beauty have led to the fact that young girls are ashamed of these little white stripes on the body, not to mention the more serious types of stripes, considering them something ugly and shameful. It is worth remembering that stretch marks are completely normal. Instead of fighting them, embrace them like celebrities do, even though they're always in the spotlight.
7. Stretch marks.
Many women consider their thin lips to be a disadvantage and a reason to visit a local beautician. However, this procedure is not so popular among world celebrities. For example, Emma Watson, Kate Middleton, Gwyneth Paltrow, and many other famous beauties do not seem to want to follow this fashion trend. And, in our opinion, they are doing the right thing, because such lips look sophisticated and aristocratic.
