The girl became the youngest representative of the profession in the world and got into the Guinness Book of Records.
Schoolgirl Praanvi Gupta, who turned her passion into a successful career, made history as the youngest certified yoga instructor in the world. The record was previously held by Reyansh Surani, an Indian boy who received his certificate at the age of 9 years and 220 days.
The girl started doing yoga at the age of 3.5, repeating the exercises after her mother. Then I started practicing on my own. At the age of seven, Praanvi was enrolled in yoga classes, which she attended during school holidays. Here is what her instructor Seema Kamath says about the girl:
The girl went to yoga after class and soon realized that she wanted to teach it. The instructor supported the idea, and Praanvi completed a 200-hour training course and received a certificate. It was not easy, because Praanvi combined her studies with her studies at school
Gupta believes that yoga can be beneficial for both children and adults, as she believes the practice helps improve concentration and also benefits all body systems.
Praanvi's love for teaching inspired her to create her own YouTube channel Learning with Praanvi, where she shares her journey with people around the world and teaches them the art and philosophy of yoga.
