In addition, to increase the shelf life of such products, manufacturers add trans fats to them-artificially stabilized fats that, according to numerous studies, increase cholesterol levels. It turns out that the final product, although it becomes less caloric, thanks to various chemical additives, has only a negative effect on our body.
Their problem is a huge amount of sugar and vegetable oils, which are generously added by manufacturers to enhance the taste.
There are about 400 calories per 100 grams of this product, which definitely makes muesli outsiders in the race for the title of "The most useful and dietary product". If you can't refuse them for breakfast, prepare them yourself, just mix your favorite nuts, cereals and dried fruits.
These are all meat products that were prepared without your participation: canned food, sausages, store cutlets — in general, any semi-finished products.
Nutritionists advise to completely exclude such products from the diet, since in addition to an incredible amount of salt, preservatives, flavorings and other "chemicals", they contain harmful fats that contribute to an increase in cholesterol levels in the blood, and can also cause the development of obesity and heart disease.
Mayonnaise is the record holder for harmfulness among all purchased sauces, although only four ingredients are actually needed for its preparation: vegetable oil, eggs, vinegar and spices.
Look at the label of the purchased mayonnaise. It seems that it looks more like a chemistry textbook than a recipe for a sauce that could be I would like to season the salad.
