40 impressive photos of the Korean war

June 25, 1950 started the Korean war that turned the two parts of the once unified country into irreconcilable opponents. The Korean war is often called "the forgotten", however, these photos will help to recall the events that took place almost 70 years ago.

One of the four American soldiers of the 21st infantry regiment found halfway to the advanced observation post and the front line on 10 July 1950. The photographer reported that the soldiers most likely caught on the night of the 10th of July and then shot. Many were shot in the head, the hands were tied behind his back. In addition, it destroyed a large number of weapons and military equipment. (AP Photo)
