1. Russia — brine

3. Ancient Rome — snails
If the generally accepted and widespread methods do not appeal to you and you prefer something more original - we suggest you try to use the advice from Ancient Rome. The Romans who had gone over the day before took snails in the morning, crushed them and rubbed their forehead with the remains of the unfortunate ones. They say the headache was relieved like a hand.

But let's go back to our era. There is a feeling that modern Italians, unlike their ancient ancestors, adhere to the rule in life: "In case of any unclear situations, drink coffee." 7. Turkey — kokorech
Turks are saved from a hangover with the help of kokorech — the recognized king of Turkish street cuisine. This dish is grilled lamb giblets (heart, lungs, kidneys, etc.), preferably dairy lamb, tied with intestines. Huge skewers are fried on coals, on electric braziers or even on an open fire, and then the resulting product is finely chopped with green pepper, thyme and tomatoes, liberally sprinkled with red pepper and put in a warm crispy tortilla.
8. Mongolia — tomato juice with a surprise
But do not rush to relax and drool! The following — the national Mongolian — recipe is suitable exclusively for thrill-seekers: "Put a pickled sheep's eye in a glass and pour tomato juice. Drink in one gulp." So, in 2009, scientists at Newcastle University came to the conclusion that the best remedy for hangover syndrome is a bacon sandwich. The fact is that lard contains a large amount of amino acids, and bread and ketchup provide the weakened body with the necessary carbohydrates.

In China, it is recommended to drink ginseng tinctures, various herbal decoctions and, of course, teas. The stronger, the better.
12. France — oysters
The French probably wouldn't be French if, even in a situation like a hangover, they didn't prefer an exquisite delicacy. The French version of antipokhmelin is a dozen oysters. In general, there is also a rational grain here — oysters contain a lot of vitamins B1 and B2, not to mention A and C. Umeboshi — or spicy pickled plums — is the most popular hangover remedy for drinkers in Japan. Plums can be eaten separately or washed down with green tea. If none of the above methods helps, the most desperate can go to extreme measures.
