Brian eats 7 meals a day, while the list of dishes, ingredients and time intervals between meals are carefully verified.

The second meal is a large glass of protein shake, granola and a few spoonfuls of peanut butter. That's another 1,100 calories. Both meals take place before noon.
Brian's lunch is quite hearty. Often, he eats beef mixed with pasta and seasoned with red sauce. In fact, the same "pasta in the navy", but in a more advanced form. An additional 2,200 calories.
Grilled meat, too fatty foods, fast food - all this Brian can afford very rarely. As noted earlier, his diet is very balanced.
The fourth meal is a cocktail of blueberries, milk and peanut butter. Along with this, the athlete gets another 1000 calories.
The next time Strongman eats a portion of lean turkey meat with broccoli and rice. After eating all this, Brian gets another 1400 calories.
The sixth meal is, in fact, Strongman's dinner. Often, Brian eats a huge portion of potatoes and beef, but sometimes replaces these dishes with pasta. At dinner, the athlete gets another 3,400 calories.
The seventh meal is "for the soul." Before going to bed, an athlete can treat himself to cheesecake and a protein shake. In this way, strongman "finishes off" the right amount of calories.
This diet allows Brian to maintain his shape, build muscle mass. It may seem that Strongman eats exclusively for his own pleasure, but Brian himself thinks otherwise. He would like to replace some of the dishes, but he cannot do this without consulting a nutritionist.
Hardly an ordinary person will be able to eat as much. On the other hand, for strongmen, food is extremely important.
