In 2005, in a cave in Germany, researchers discovered an object that is considered the oldest known dildo. This is a polished phallus made of siltstone with a length of 20 centimeters, made for 26 thousand years BC. Scientists claim that this dildo could have been used for self-satisfaction during the Ice Age.

The mechanism from the picture looks intimidating, but in fact it is a vibrating metal ball. Like other vibrators, it brings vivid sensations if you apply it to the body.

These rather large polished rosewood dildos, created at the end of the XVIII century, are now for sale at an Antique auction in Essex. It is expected that they will be sold for 3000-4000 pounds (224-298 thousand rubles). They look well preserved, but who would dare to buy a sex toy that someone has already used?
