Baker Hotel, Texas

In 2001, the tenants filed several lawsuits against the owners of the tower for inaction. In 2002, the offices were evacuated and the entrance to the tower was closed. The future remains unknown.

But it didn't do anything.

The fame of the Beek Brothers did not last long. In 1928, a 47-story building was built in the city. Wanting to return their building to the title of the tallest, they decided to build an 81-story building opposite the Buka building. But in 1929, the Great Depression hit, and the plans did not come to fruition. Later, the amazing building passed from one owner to another and changed its appearance. In 2013, there were plans to renovate the building, but the details are still unknown.
