Why Krug, Nemtsov, Talkov and other famous people were killed
Last year, 17 years after the death of Mikhail Krug, the Investigative Committee named the artist's killer, and also revealed the motives of the criminal. However, the chansonnier was not the only star who died under mysterious circumstances. We remembered other, no less mysterious and shocking murders of celebrities.
Mikhail Krug was shot dead in 2002 at his home in Tver. The singer became a victim of robbers from the Tver Wolves gang, who initially did not plan to kill him and did not expect that the owner of the mansion would appear in their way. For two decades, the details of the musician's death were kept secret. And only recently it became known who and why ordered to rob the chanson star.
It turned out that the criminals acted at the request of the gang leader, nicknamed Crowbar. According to the plan, after the incident, the Circle had to seek help from a criminal authority. He would have helped to return the loot, and for this Mikhail began to give him part of the royalties from concerts. However, at a certain point, everything went wrong.
Igor Talkov died in 1991. He was shot during his solo concert in St. Petersburg. Despite the fact that law enforcement officers had the testimony of witnesses to the musician's murder and a huge amount of materials on the case, the crime has not yet been solved. Fans of the musician have several versions of who it was profitable to shoot the star.
According to official data, Igor died during a scuffle between him, his guards, the concert director and the bodyguard of singer Aziza Igor Malakhov. The gun from which the artist was shot, as well as the name of the person who fired the shot, are still unknown.
According to the testimony of some witnesses, Malakhov shot Talkov, but the investigation proved that the guard could not have done it. Other eyewitnesses claim that the trigger was pulled by the director of the musician Valery Shlyafman. Later he moved to Israel, so it was not possible to prove his involvement in the murder of his ward.
The death of Vlad Listyev became the most high-profile murder of the 90s. The journalist was shot in the entrance of his house on Novokuznetsk Street. The bandits were waiting for the TV presenter on the stairwell. As a result of the investigation, as many as 10 people confessed to the attempt, but it was not possible to prove their guilt. Some suspects managed to escape to Israel.
The main motive of the crime was considered to be Listyev's professional activity. The investigation lasted until 2009, after which the Investigative Committee under the Prosecutor's Office stated that due to the inability to bring anyone to criminal responsibility, all actions in the case were suspended. During this time, it was not possible to find out the name of the customer of the murder.
The murder of Zoya Fedorova is a mystery shrouded in darkness. The Soviet actress was shot on December 10, 1981. The body was found by the woman's nephew. He called the police. The crime has not yet been solved. It is known that the woman met her death in her apartment, in an old greasy dressing gown. In this form, she was not only not ready to receive guests, but did not even open the door to close relatives.
Zoya was a very careful woman and would never let strangers into the house. This makes it even more strange that there were no traces of the presence of outsiders in the actress' house.
According to one version, Fedorova was killed for political reasons. She allegedly collaborated with the KGB, but decided to stop this activity. It was also assumed that the star could have been killed because she was engaged in buying diamonds and participated in serious fraud. Among the acceptable reasons for the murder was also a banal robbery.
The investigation was strictly classified. To this day, the murder has not been solved.
The murder of Boris was committed with special audacity. The politician was shot near the walls of the Kremlin with four shots at point-blank range. He and his companion, Ukrainian Anna Duritskaya, were walking along the Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge towards Bolotnaya Street when unknown people drove up in a car and fired several shots.
President Putin called the murder a political provocation and instructed the heads of departments to take the investigation under personal control. At the same time, Ilya Yashin, a colleague of the deceased, expressed his version of what happened:
After a lengthy investigation, the Investigative Committee charged five residents of the Caucasus. One of the suspects died during detention under strange circumstances.
Yuri Tishkov was brutally murdered in 2003. The body of a football player with multiple wounds was found near the entrance of his house. The main version is a crime committed because of the professional activity of an athlete who at that time worked as a coach and agent of the RFU.
Shortly before the incident, he had to transfer his client Dmitry Smirnov to Spartak. It was not possible to find out who exactly ordered the murder.
It has been 16 years since Yuri's death. However, the investigation allegedly intends to slow down the case. During this time, the journalists conducted their own investigation and even voiced their guesses about who it was profitable to kill Tishkov, but no one took their evidence into account.
