The Pirelli Calendar 2016 that we lost
In September, we already told that the world of men's calendars will never be the same after Pirelli decided in 2016 to print portraits of women who change the world not by their appearance, but by their actions, instead of leggy, shapely beauties on the pages of their calendar.
Today it's time to take a look at the impressive results of Annie Leibovitz's work. A magnificent series of 13 classic black-and-white portraits pleases, surprises, outrages, provokes. The only thing she doesn't do is make it impossible to remain indifferent. This means that Leibovitz has achieved her goal — to show what a huge role women play in the development of society in our time. Hurray!
