4. George Dambie was born on April 5, 1925, in Issy-le-Moulineau, on the right bank of the Seine. Initially, George studied drawing with the famous artist Paul Kolen, who was distinguished for his innovation. 7. Dambie studied photography under the guidance of photographer and designer Willy Rizzo. George got his first job as a reportage photographer in one of the Parisian newspapers. The photographer gradually makes acquaintances with models and gradually switches to the fashion industry.
