The woman was worried that her daughter Yuan Yuan would not reach the desired height, so she decided to help her by forcing her to jump rope 1000 times a day. The girl with a height of 1.58 m weighs about 120 kg, so the mother decided to increase physical activity so that she lost weight. But the extra weight only worsened the bad consequences for the joints.

The mother believed that her daughter would still be able to grow at least 2 cm. She heard somewhere that jumping rope helps to become taller, and decided that it would work for her daughter as well. But when the Chinese woman saw that the exercises did not bring the desired results, she increased the load from 1000 to 3000 jumps per day. The girl performed 1000 jumps in the morning, at lunch and in the evening. After three months of grueling exercises, the teenager began to complain of pain in his knees. At first, the mother blamed everything on laziness, but then she still took her daughter to an orthopedic surgeon.

Unfortunately, this case is not the only one in China. In recent years, a strange method for increasing growth with the help of jumping rope has been encountered more than once in medical practice. Doctors warn parents that not only physical exercises, but also sleep, nutrition, genetics and other factors affect the development and growth of a child.

While most Chinese people are trying to grow up in any way, a 14-year-old schoolgirl from China impresses with a huge growth. A young basketball player is expected to have a brilliant sports career.
