Sue Beardshaw lives in Berkhamsted. The 71-year-old pensioner looks amazing, thanks to training and organic hair care products. The woman retired in 2018, and then became mayor of her hometown — Berkhamsted. The British woman has repeatedly noticed discrimination against people of her age, but continues to remain active and learn new things. During the quarantine, she began working as a volunteer for the charity Age UK, helping elderly Britons. For Sue, retirement is not a reason to stay at home.
Before the quarantine, Sue regularly went to the gym. Now she walks every day for 30 minutes on foot, and then she works out on an exercise bike for an hour.
