Russian Robinson: as hussars Sergey Lisitsyn survived on the bleak shores of the sea of Okhotsk
In 1857 the writer Alexander Sibiryakov traveled to the Far East of Russia. In the Amur region, the writer met with the owner of the copper and gold mines Sergei Petrovich Lisitsin. After hearing the amazing story of this man of Siberians, I decided to write a book about him, called "Russian Robinson".
Sergey Petrovich Lisitsyn descended from the nobility of Kursk province. Educated young man aunt, which developed his interest in exact Sciences. Because of Chinese threats, they were forced to build a boat and go to sea.

"Robinsons" came out to the ship and was saved by a Russian ship. From the previous arrogant and cocky hussar not gone. Sergey Petrovich was reborn and became a devout hard-working man, who all his life was friends with a simple peasant Vasili and his son.
During his temporary isolation Lisitsyn found deposits of gold and was designated by the government, the Manager of these lands.
