Plank for 2 minutes and rise at 3 am: how 51-year-old Jennifer Aniston trains
She hasn't changed at all after the TV series "Friends". The secrets of Jennifer Aniston's chiseled figure were revealed by a personal trainer — everything so that we could follow her example.
Aniston's coach Leon Azubuike told the American magazine Goodhousekeeping that the actress trains from 3 to 7 times a week. He is engaged in boxing, cardio, strength training and other sports. And if she has a busy shooting schedule, then she is ready to get up for training even at 3 o'clock in the morning!
As a rule, she works out 3 times a week, while each workout lasts an hour and a half. Azubuike has built his own "periodic" training system for Jennifer: he writes a training plan for her not for a week, but for a month and a year. This allows him to control the volume of her classes despite the floating schedule.
When an actress disappears on set all day, she trains for 45 minutes 3 times a week. But then he makes up for lost time with daily one and a half hour classes. Azubuike just keeps a whole picture in his head: how many classes his ward had in a month, and then in a year.
However, this star's workouts are never easy. Since Azubuike and Aniston has a complicated busy schedule, they are looking for any free time to work out.
Previously, the actress said that she loves yoga, and has been doing it since 2005. But her most recent hobby is boxing.
Leon says that Aniston focuses on the muscles of the trunk.
In order for the muscles not to get used to it, Azubuike asks the actress to start with a straight plank, then move to the side, then to the plank on outstretched arms with the palms touching the shoulders one after the other.
Do not think that everything is easy for her. This is not the case, at least not immediately. Her coach says that at first she didn't like rope training at all, as it was very difficult for her. After a while, even that stopped coming easy to her.
