I don’t spend a lot of money on expensive scrubs, but I make them myself. Favorite Cellulite Scrub Recipe
Today I will share the recipe for my favorite anti-cellulite scrub, which gives the following effect:
- gently and gently exfoliates the skin;
- creates the effect of a good massage;
- has an anti-cellulite effect;
- tones the skin and tightens it;
- nourishes the skin, eliminating dryness and sagging.
The caffeine found in coffee scrubs increases blood flow, which reduces the appearance of cellulite and gives the skin a more even tone.

1. After such a scrub, you don’t even need a cream, the body will receive wonderful and natural care anyway!
These homemade scrubs are a great way to take care of your skin. Due to the rich composition and massage effect, a toning effect is achieved no worse than from expensive scrubs.
Here, for example, is one of the advertised RICHE coffee scrubs:
2. We look at the composition: in addition to coffee, it also contains Himalayan salt and user base, and essential oils.
He's really good. It is a pleasure to use this scrub and I really like the effect. At the same time, all the components in the composition are quite accessible in order to make such a scrub yourself.
3. What will be required:
- one or more base cosmetic oils;
- coarse coffee;
- coarse salt;
- essential oils.
For a scrub, use one or more base oils. Avocado, jojoba, wheat germ, almond, and other oils. I prefer avocado and almond oil.
Any salt can be used. If you have English or sea, then take them. If not, then a regular one will do just fine.
Essential oils that have anti-cellulite action:
- grapefruit oil;
- orange oil;
- tangerine oil;
- rosemary oil;
- geranium oil.
4. It is not necessary to use all of them, it is enough to take 1-2 oils. I love geranium and orange most of all, they give a very pronounced anti-cellulite effect. Geranium oil also perfectly tightens and tones the skin.
There is another powerful oil - cinnamon oil. It gives the fastest anti-cellulite effect of all oils, but you need to use it carefully.
How to cook
5 tbsp ground coffee, mix with 3 tbsp. salt. In a separate container, mix the oils. To do this, mix 3 teaspoons of base oils (you can use one type or three types of 1 tsp each) and add 5 drops of essential oils. Mix thoroughly.
Pour the oils into the coffee and salt mixture and stir. The mixture should not turn out liquid, the oils should just soak the particles of salt and coffee.
5. Some advise making the scrub with the coffee grounds left over from brewing, but it's much better to use fresh coffee. It has been scientifically proven that coffee has excellent properties for the skin.
You need to use such a scrub on steamed skin and rub it thoroughly. The massage effect is just wonderful, and the aroma fills the entire bathroom and uplifts the mood.
The skin after the scrub is soft, tender, and nourished with oils.
