A builder from the English county of Lincolnshire, who drank 8.5 liters of beer a day, lost 95 kg, refusing alcohol. A year ago, 37-year-old Lee Buff weighed 200 kg. Realizing that his health and life are under serious threat, he decided to change the situation abruptly.
At first, the man began to count calories and signed up for the gym. In 12 months, he managed to burn more fat than the average person weighs. Now the father of four children weighs 112 kg and plans to lose weight further.
Lee began the fight against excess weight in October 2020. He began to get fat rapidly during the lockdown. The man drank up to 100 glasses of beer a week and consumed huge portions of fast food. To fly by plane, he had to buy two seats, because he couldn't fit on one.
Now the former fat man is engaged in boxing and running. He plans to take part in the London Marathon next year.
