Lisa liked the support most of all in F45: there was always someone who could cheer her up. F45 coach Jessica Sullivan said that the success of the program comes down to three main postulates: "structure, motivation and support."

Jessica says that the 8-week challenge gives everyone involved "super motivation".

According to Jessica, it helps a lot that newcomers are surrounded by people who are not going through the program for the first time and can help with advice.

Motivation just helped 28-year-old Niall Munro, who went on an eight-week challenge with his wife after a honeymoon and lost 10.5 kilograms. Later he was declared the winner among men.

The F45 gave him the motivation he couldn't find by working out on his own in the gym.
