A New Year's picture of a drunk Briton turned into a real "art meme"
During the New Year holidays, photographer Joel Goodman made several reportage photos for the Manchester Evening News, one of which attracted a lot of attention on the Internet. In this picture, the police detain one person, and the second is lying on the asphalt nearby with a bottle of beer in his hand.
