"We are all different, so everyone has their own list of what to do. However, the list of what not to do is the same for everyone, " says Stephanie.

"Never skip a meal. Our body needs energy in order to function normally, so fasting is not an option."

"If you are worried about consuming too many calories, just choose a smaller portion for yourself. The body needs the right balance of protein, fruits, vegetables, fats and cereals. But do not deny yourself food, " advises Stephanie.

"And you should not set yourself the goal of looking like someone else, because each of us has our own genetics. I used to constantly compare myself with others, and this created a lot of unnecessary difficulties for me. You have to be confident in yourself, being yourself, " Stephanie said.

"You also don't need to deprive yourself of what brings you pleasure, whether it's going out or secretly buying a burger in the night."

"What else should not be done? You do not need to consider yourself as someone extraordinary just because you follow a diet and keep yourself in shape. Do not forget to do stretching and, of course, do not give up," the model says.

And the final advice from Stephanie: "As soon as you try to lead a healthy lifestyle, you will immediately realize that there is no way back. Do not forget about your goal, do not throw it out of your head. It will spur you on."
