A friend among strangers: a deer in England was "adopted" by a herd of cows
A few months ago, a deer joined a cow herd in Britain. Probably, the animal fell out of favor with relatives, but he managed to get along with the cows. Wildlife photographer Andrew Fasek Peters took bizarre pictures of a deer grazing with cows.
54-year-old Andrew Fasek Peters photographed a deer stuck to a herd of cows near a village in the English county of Shropshire.
A neighbor told Peters about the "replenishment" in the herd.
For several months now, a deer has been grazing in a field north of the Craven Arms in Shropshire, England.
Sometimes the herd moves to another field and the deer follows it.
Peters is sure that he was the first to document such behavior of a deer.
There are a lot of forests in south Shropshire, so there is plenty of space for deer here.
