Jade was used to hiding her natural beauty and perfect fair skin under a thick layer of makeup, and her passion for false hair turned into torn clumps on her head. Even as a teenager, she enlarged her breasts from size A to GG and loved to show off in revealing pink outfits.
Jade confessed to stylist Grace Woodward, hair stylist Daniel Palmer and makeup artist Melissa Sofia that she adores her image of a Barbie doll, even though sometimes it attracts unnecessary attention.
According to Jade, the slender blonde doll was her idol, and the girl even has a tattoo with a Barbie on her arm. "Barbie is the perfect doll, and I try to become like her,— says Jade. — If someone said that I look like a human-sized doll, I would take it as a compliment. I look stunning and original when I see myself in the mirror, but I just adore Barbie. It affects my personality, I behave differently, and it gives me self-confidence."
Jade said that she applies self-tanning to the whole body twice a day, as she feels naked without it, and discolors her hair every month. Before her transformation, she admitted that she did not feel confident outside of her Barbie image. "I feel terrible without all this. I won't leave the house like that, even to the store."
Jade's mother, Kelly, as well as her boyfriend were unhappy with the girl's image. Kelly said that her daughter doesn't have to be a Barbie to be beautiful, and Jade confessed that her boyfriend can't stand it when other men look at her cleavage. Jade did not listen to them and referred to her shyness, saying that her vivid image helps to increase self-esteem.
"I listen to terrible comments about myself, it's pretty sad, but I don't pay attention to them anymore," the girl said. Nevertheless, the team of the show "100% Hotter" hopes that Jade will listen to the opinion of the audience, who will vote on a ten-point scale for her images.
Jade complained that she was offended to find out that people think she looks like she bathed in a vat of meat sauce or in mud, and rated her appearance two out of ten. One viewer even asked if she was real, it was so bad.
Jade agreed to let a team of stylists and makeup artists improve her appearance. Stylist-hairdresser Daniel said: "She has an overdose of tanning, pumped breasts and Barbie overload. We have to break through this armor and get the best that is inside." He added that her obsession with the Barbie image had badly damaged her hair over the years.
Daniel dyed Jade a softer blonde and added high-quality false hair to cover the bald spots, but the girl said she could do without them if she stopped discoloring and let healthy hair grow. The hairdresser recommended her dietary supplements to stimulate hair growth.
Melissa removed the self-tanning and made Jade's skin color more natural. "When Jade walked in, I immediately saw that she was a pretty girl, but she hides it all under a tan and terrible makeup."
Stylist Grace showed Jade that less is better when it comes to exposing her body. She recommended that she wear overalls and bordeaux dresses instead of tight mini skirts and corsets. "I hope we've done enough to show her that it's better to be herself than an artificial doll," she said.
After the transformation, Jade was delighted with her new look. "I look completely different, I'm shocked! — the girl confessed. — I feel like a complete idiot when I look at a picture of my former self. What was I doing?"
"I really like the dress, it's feminine, emphasizes the beauty of my shoulders, and I'm comfortable in it. I'm also happy with my hair and makeup," Jade said. Daniel agreed, adding, "Now you look like a woman, not like a transvestite."
Most of all, the girl's mother was happy, who was moved to tears when she saw her daughter in a natural way. "She's amazing, because I've already forgotten what the real Jade looks like. She's such a beauty, thank you, I'm very proud of her. I hope this will show her how beautiful she can look and that she doesn't need any tanning and false hair at all," Kelly said.
When the audience was asked to rate the new image of Jade, this time she scored 9.8 points out of ten. Jade said that stylists convinced her to give up the image of Barbie forever. "Now I'm much happier and I think people will take me more seriously," the participant of the show admitted.
In the next issues of the show, a team of stylists will work with other British women who overdo it with self-tanning, makeup, piercings and strange outfits. For example, with Phoebe, who portrays a Gothic Alice in Wonderland.

Ismini is another heroine of the show.
