Women of cellist Torres: how a gigolo from Colombia deceived Russian stars

Until recently, representatives of the Russian elite knew Angelo Torres as the son of a billionaire, a graduate of the Moscow Conservatory and a successful musician. The most enviable brides of the capital doted on this handsome, smart and charming guy. But the reality turned out to be completely different and not so pleasant.

Ksenia Sobchak told everyone who Torres is in the documentary “Happiness Loves Silence.” Angelo turned out to be a seasoned gigolo, who lived for years at the expense of women, and at the same time managed to use several ladies at once. Some even gave birth to children from him, whom he, however, did not recognize. The fraudster skillfully played on the feelings and emotions of his passions, who fed, clothed him and gave him gifts.

The main plot of the film is the story of the famous designer Katya Dobryakova. A few months ago, her followers on social networks learned that Katya was pregnant. Then she said that she had separated from her boyfriend and was having a hard time going through the breakup. She met her lover on the radio and could not even imagine that their relationship would end like this.

Torres' stories were amazing: mansions in Colombia, a penthouse in Moscow, a convertible of a prestigious brand, a fashion business. The rich foreigner also hinted that his relatives were far from the last people in Colombia and owned large businesses. Dobryakova was struck by the gentleman. She introduced him to her circle of friends, including such domestic celebrities as Pelageya, Andrei Malakhov, Dima Bilan.

Angelo talked endlessly about his strong feelings for Katya. It was open to her. The man said that he was married, that he had two children, and that his ex-wife suffered from a mental disorder. Pelageya recalls:

Then everyone began to notice strange things. He began to dress at Dobryakova’s expense and use her things. To all questions, Torres answered that he had sent his things to Spain. When Katya became pregnant, he told everyone this news from her phone. In general, it seemed that the man was living on the full support of his girlfriend.

The designer herself recalls that she never gave Angelo money. But she bought him food, things for the house, and even paid for a housekeeper. Everything changed when Dobryakova asked her groom if he would reimburse her expenses. Torres seemed to have been replaced - he began to be rude and called Katya “a stupid, fat and mercantile old woman.”

The man swore at his “beloved” and left. At the door he said: “Find yourself someone who will return your money!” It turned out that Dobryakova was not Torres’s only girlfriend. The Colombian was simultaneously dating actress Daria Sivova. She says this about it:

Relations with Daria were built in the same way as with Katya. Torres constantly insisted that she needed to have more children. Sivova once visited her gentleman’s penthouse. It amazed the imagination with its scope. It was a real palace with seven-meter ceilings, a transparent elevator, statues, carved furniture and a fountain with the family coat of arms.

In the film, Sobchak spoke about other victims of the swindler. Three of them turned out to be pregnant. Singer Maria Conte also fell into Torres’ net. She lost her head so much that she gave her fiance a power of attorney for her own child. The film ends with a cleverly set up confrontation with Angelo.

Alphonse was invited to a closed costume event. Therefore, he was not alarmed that the girls present were wearing masks and robes. When he realized who was hiding under the suits, his face distorted with an indescribable expression. The macho turned out to be a coward. He quickly retreated after Dobryakova threw a glass of wine in his face.

Despite the fact that events developed rapidly, Ksenia Sobchak still managed to ask Torres a few questions. The swindler assured her that he had become a victim of slander: “This is a setup, they want to promote themselves.” When asked if he had something with Tigran Keosayan’s daughter, Angelo refused to answer. When the women’s favorite shamefully fled, they shouted after him: “Adios, you bastard!”
