The house was built in 1928 on the territory of 32 thousand square meters and has absolutely all possible modern amenities that should be in houses for such a price.
The property belonged to Tamir Sapir, who at one time emigrated from Of the Soviet Union, namely from Georgia, and made a fortune in New York real estate. When Sapir arrived in the USA, he began working as a taxi driver, but soon opened his own electronics store, where they served primarily Russian customers. Then Tamir set up the supply of electronics for oil companies. He invested the money he earned in real estate and by 2002 had become a billionaire.
Tamir Sapir died in 2014. The current owner of the estate, carefully concealing his identity, bought it in 2013 for $ 15.9 million, but, they say, never moved in there. In 2015, the mansion was already being sold for $ 100 million.
The mansion with the estate is one of the largest and most expensive properties on the north coast of Long Island. And it's for sale again.
The house is located in Kings Point, 40 kilometers from Manhattan.
A significant part of the territory is occupied by manicured lawns and gardens. Winding driveways lead to several buildings.

Later, two more guest rooms were added to the main house. Now there are 18 bedrooms.
Such an abundance of open space was conceived in order for the inhabitants of the house to enjoy nature.

In the main house there is a dance hall (a hall for celebrations), a barber shop, a wine cellar, a racquetball hall, a gym, a spa, a sauna, swimming pools and a two-story dollhouse. In other buildings there is a bowling alley, casino and shooting range.
Century-old trees grow in the backyard.
