What does a painted Alpine village look like

There are only a few narrow streets, but each house is like a work of art. All the frescoes are painted very well, shadows and contours are worked out. It seems as if the houses are really decorated with columns, shutters and other decorative elements. These are mainly traditional Bavarian ornaments, fairy-tale plots or religious motifs.
Such an unusual technique was first invented by the local artist Franz Zwink. As an advertisement for himself, he decorated the walls of his house with such unusual frescoes, and then orders fell to him one after another.
We start the inspection from the very beginning of the village and will move deeper — to the most interesting.
The village is located in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps, near Munich.
At first glance, there is nothing unusual.
But as soon as you turn the corner, the first frescoes meet. We look closely, at first I can't even believe that everything is drawn.
The closer to the center — the more interesting.
Instead of ugly signs, there is a beautiful painting.
One of the main themes of the painting is fabulous motifs. Here, for example, the plot from "Little Red Riding Hood" is easily guessed.
And here it is very similar to the "Bremen Town Musicians".
Just ordinary residential apartment buildings.
But besides the painted houses, it's just very beautiful here.
In this house, for example, lives a collector of all kinds of skulls, horns and animal skins.
At the end of the XVIII century, a local doctor lived here, who ordered the painting of his house, following the fashion of those times. Now it is a residential apartment building.
A sign on the house says that a certain German writer Ludwig Thoma lived here.
The oldest hotel in the city. It was built in 1612 and still belongs to the descendants of the same family.
The second theme of the murals is biblical stories.
In fact, such a painting can be found in many towns throughout Bavaria, but the concentration of all the most beautiful is concentrated here.
