In the 60s of the last century, the whole world followed the events taking place in London, which was then called "swinging".

British youth, passionately desiring to rid their homeland of the age-old shackles of stiffness, protesting against the old way of life, tried to introduce revolutionary changes in all spheres of society. This could not but be reflected in fashion, shocking the older generation with new items which spread around the world at the speed of light.

Looking back, I would like to note, despite the very active protest activity of young people, and the incredible ideas of popular designers that perplexed people of age, the fashion of that time was distinguished by femininity, trying to emphasize the best virtues of the representatives of the beautiful half of humanity, as evidenced by the wonderful photographs of those times.
