In the Irish city of Carlow, two men came to the post office, carrying the body of a deceased friend under their arms. They expected to receive his pension. In their opinion, it would probably be a shame to lose the state allowance, because the friend was still warm.

Last Friday, January 21, two Irishmen brought a deceased friend, 66-year-old Peadar Doyle, to the post office. Their goal was to get his pension. The pensioner died three hours before his body was brought to the department.

It is known that at first only one person came for the money and tried to get the money without Doyle's presence. When the post office staff refused to give them an allowance, he left to return with an assistant and the deceased.

According to witnesses, the man who was being carried looked unwell, and his feet dragged on the ground. He "couldn't stand on his feet," so they propped him up against the wall. The post office staff asked about Mr. Doyle's well-being. The men replied that their friend had a heart attack.

When the employees of the post office suspected something was wrong, the cashier of the post office called the police and medics. After that, the suspects abandoned the body and hurriedly disappeared.

After the autopsy, it turned out that the pensioner died three hours before he was delivered to the post office. The autopsy also revealed that Doyle died of natural causes.

Irish pensioners are generally trouble guys. A perfect example is an 83-year-old grandfather from an Irish village in County Cork, who beat up three robbers.
