A Reddit user posted photos of his uncle Stuart Grant's home. The house seemed to have descended from the pages of my uncle's favorite work "The Lord of the Rings". A Tolkien fan in the 1980s built a house in a Scottish village, whose landscape perfectly complements the fabulous housing.
Outside, the house is almost completely covered with moss.
The entrance hall has a large round door, just like a real hobbit hole.
Low ceilings and cozy furniture create the feeling that you really live in the Shire, and your neighbors are half-grown.
Despite its fabulous origin, the house is quite livable. For example, the fireplace not only heats the room, but also serves as an oven on the other side.
Near the house there is a garden with a small pond.
