The man filed a lawsuit about the violation of his private life by his wife. The UAE has a law on the protection of private information. The court of the Emirate of Ras al-Khaimah ruled that the woman was guilty.

According to the man, his wife did not just use a smartphone without asking. She copied something to another medium.

The victim also clarified that his significant other was looking through contacts on his phone while he was sleeping.

It turned out that the woman just copied the chat logs and photos to her smartphone. Apparently, she just suspected her husband of cheating.

However, the wife claims that her husband voluntarily provided her with a password and did not object when she looked into his smartphone.
