Matthias Schlitte was born in 1987 in the German city of Haldensleben, Saxony-Anhalt. He was born the most ordinary baby, but after a couple of months, his parents noticed something was wrong. The boy's right hand grew faster than the left, and soon the difference became significant.

He immediately won a brilliant victory and became famous. And that was just the beginning. Matthias Schlitte is now a successful athlete and has traveled to more than 30 countries. He has dozens of gold and silver medals in his collection, and he is rightfully considered one of the most successful arm wrestlers on the planet.

Schlitte recalls with a smile his childhood years, when his hand aroused everyone's interest and served as a pretext for hurtful jokes. Mattias trains daily, developing his already powerful hand.
