Recently, there has been a lot of talk about bullying among schoolchildren, when one of the students is humiliated and beaten by his classmates. As it turned out, such harassment can also be carried out by adults, and in relation to a child. Don't you believe it? The story of 12-year-old Tasia Perchikova from the village of Tomsino, Pskov region, has become a confirmation that the degradation of society has not ended and there is still a place to turn around.

The story of how the girl Tasia wrote to the Kremlin

The fault of the sixth-grader Tasia is only that, in her childish naivety, she believed that there was a place for a miracle in life. It seemed to her that the powerful people at the head of the state simply did not know what was going on in her native Tomsino and if they were told about the troubles and hardships, everything would instantly fall into place.

Therefore, the schoolgirl Tasia Perchikova sent a letter to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, in which she described the impoverished situation of her family and the hard work of her mother, the payment of which only allows her not to die of hunger. As expected, neither the head of state nor his deputies bothered to answer the girl. There was also no reaction from the local authorities, who, no doubt, knew about the existence of such a message.

Only ordinary people from different parts of Russia who learned about Tas and her letter from the Internet remained indifferent. The Russians transferred a total of 90 thousand rubles for the girl and her mother, and also sent clothes, toys and stationery. The Perchikovs disposed of the money wisely — they bought a motor-block for a breadwinner garden, books, winter clothes and medicines.

To the journalists who looked in on the girl and her mother to find out more about their lives, Tasia told very unpleasant things. As soon as money and things started coming from kind people, the villagers seemed to be replaced. Adults and children began calling the girl and her mother names, the children stopped being friends with Tasia, and later accusations of theft and even open threats began.

It became unbearable to attend a rural school, and Tasya was transferred to distance learning in one of the Moscow schools, spending part of the money collected by people for this. But the most unpleasant story happened after the Countrymen Foundation gave the girl a laptop so that it would be easier for her to master the school curriculum from a distance. It was too much for the pursuers and they decided on a very nasty trick.

The story of how the girl Tasia wrote to the Kremlin

Soon, a boy wrote to Tasya on VKontakte, with whom she began to communicate. After a while, a new acquaintance said that he really liked the girl and asked to send a photo without clothes. Unfortunately, the child, who has not yet encountered human meanness on such a scale, fulfilled the request. The boy's account immediately disappeared from the social network, but Tasi's photo appeared in several public places.

The girl's mother, Elena, wrote a statement to the police, who launched an investigation. Very soon it turned out that her former school friends wrote to the schoolgirl on behalf of someone else, who at the same time skillfully changed the IP. Needless to say, without the help of adults, rural school students could hardly do it. The police check ended with the fact that the case was transferred to the investigative committee and now, most likely, the scoundrels will be charged with distributing child pornography.

Elena Perchikova was also in trouble. A month after sending the ill-fated letter, as soon as parcels began to arrive in Tomchino, she was severely reprimanded by her superiors at work. Colleagues supported the leadership and, for their part, promised to survive it by writing memos. A little later, social workers made themselves felt, remembering that the Perchikovs had no registration.

Elena Perchikov, not waiting for her to be fired, Elena herself left the hospital, where she worked as a nurse.

Since March 13, the woman has been unemployed, since she cannot find another place in the village. It is unbearable for Perchikov to stay in Tomsino and the mother and daughter are now looking for housing and work in other districts of the Pskov region.

What was in the letter that the sixth-grader wrote to the president in December 2018? Nothing special — Tasia complained that her mother's salary was 5,600 rubles and that because of this she was forced to work two shifts. Also, the girl asked for a tillerblock for processing the garden so that her mother would not have to dig the ground with a shovel after working days. Finally, the child described the plight of the village, where the only school had recently been closed.

The most terrible thing in this situation is that if the head of state or one of the officials had reacted to the message of a desperate teenager and at least sent a reply letter with promises or words of support, the situation would not have acquired such an ugly form. What do you think?
