The girl started performing at fitness bikini competitions and immediately made a name for herself. Already at the age of 19, she received a PRO Card of the International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness, becoming the youngest professional in this sport. In 2019, the girl won the title of "Miss Olympia". Looking at Eliza, it's hard to believe that once she was on the verge of life and death from exhaustion and struggled with anorexia.
Eliza was born in 1997 and her nutritional problems started right from birth. In adolescence, when girls begin to worry about their appearance, the future champion completely stopped eating. At the age of 13, Eliza was diagnosed with anorexia and the disease almost killed her.
Fortunately, by the age of 15, the joint efforts of doctors, parents and Eliza herself managed to defeat the disease. Pechini started eating right, but she still had a serious lack of weight. In order to start living fully and not differ from her peers, she began to train.
It took almost a year to find the right diet and develop a training program. But it wasn't wasted time — Eliza quickly got back to normal and moved on on the path to perfection. By the age of 18, the Brazilian was so good that she began performing as a professional in the discipline of fitness bikinis.
At the age of 19, the young star was awarded a PRO Card, and at 22 she became "Miss Olympia". Eliza Pechini says that her goal in sports was not high-profile titles, money and fame. She is attracted to self-development, as well as motivation and helping people on the way to their dreams.
The champion claims that she will never forget those days of despair and pain when she struggled with the disease. Now Eliza wants her example to help girls with similar problems.
Pechini not only trains and performs, but also conducts seminars and trainings all over the world. More than 500 thousand people have subscribed to the athlete's Instagram and her blog can be considered a strong motivating factor.
