A 33-year-old woman lost 50 kg when she found out that her son was being teased in kindergarten because of his "fat mom."

A year and a half ago, Russian Yulia Slabko weighed 112 kg, hardly moved, led a passive lifestyle and ate harmful foods. The girl wore size 58 clothes, and she could only dream of dresses and short skirts.
Yulia was picking up her son Vova from kindergarten, when suddenly a boy shouted after him: "You have a fat mom!". Volodya behaved like a real defender and rushed into a fight with his mother's abuser. Fortunately, everything ended well — the children were immediately separated. However, this incident hurt Julia so much that she decided to immediately start changing her life.
First of all, the girl revised her diet — completely refused sweets, fatty and junk food. Yulia also increased the number of meals to five (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner) and paid special attention to drinking enough water.
Yulia did not immediately go to the gym, as the excess weight did not allow her to actively exercise. Besides, the girl's physical well-being was not the best.
After a month and a half of this lifestyle, Yulia lost 12 kg, and then, after she signed up for the gym, she dropped another 10 kg in 4 months.
The girl says that she works out with her coach 4-5 times a week.
Now Yulia weighs 63 kg and wears size 42 clothes, and she took all her old 58-size clothes to the village and distributed them. The girl is definitely not going to return to her former forms.
On the contrary, she plans to continue losing weight further — at least up to 57 kg.
In addition, a Russian woman wants to take part in a fitness bikini contest. It remains only to wish her good luck.
