The photographer accidentally took a unique picture and noticed it only at home

One such case occurred in the Costa Brava in northeastern Spain, when a flock of starlings gathered in a huge, shape-changing cloud-this phenomenon is also known as murmuration. It is a magnificent sight — when hundreds, and sometimes thousands of birds act as a single organism that can instantly transform into new and new bizarre figures.
German photographer Daniel Biber tried to capture this phenomenon for four days, and finally he managed to catch the perfect moment — in response to the appearance of a predator, the whole flock formed into the shape of a huge bird, as if responding: "We are bigger than you." However, Bieber did not understand what happened at the time of the shooting, and saw the coincidence only at home.
The photographer himself says: "I have already tried to photograph the starlings, but the pictures never turned out the way I wanted. I got to the point that for the sake of photos I went to the right place for four days in a row.
I chose the place where I expected them to appear, and a suitable foreground and background to fit the birds into the composition.
I was so focused on shooting that I didn't even notice how the starlings formed a giant bird figure in the sky. It took them less than ten seconds. I saw what kind of figure the birds had turned out to be only later, when I was looking through the photos on the computer.
I realized that I had taken a unique picture, and it was quite sharp and high-quality.
It often happens that starlings form bizarre figures after the appearance of birds of prey. This happens unpredictably and completely randomly.
A lot of people watched this spectacle, but the others looked at it from other points and could not see what I captured."
There is an opinion that this figure resembles a penguin turned 90 degrees.
For these incredible pictures, Bieber received the award of the international photo contest.
