The first batch of angulas 2016 was sold for a whopping 5,500 euros per kilogram, and the second batch - for 1,030 euros. It's funny, but they were bought by the same person, the owner of the restaurant, who admitted that it was worth it and he paid I would pay even more for them.

The most popular recipe for cooking fry is to fry garlic and hot pepper in a large amount of olive oil. Then the fry themselves are added there in order to acquire at least some taste.
