The disease prevents him from growing and makes him vulnerable to spinal injuries. Nishi does not cope with the usual tasks for a normal person: he is unable, for example, to open a bottle of water, cannot stand for more than five minutes, so he is removed exclusively lying down. Fortunately, recently a little Japanese man underwent a miraculous bone marrow transplant, which stopped the development of the disease.

Nishi used to work as a programmer, but then decided to change his field of activity. Today, he makes a living by having sex with women who look like his mother. According to him, he got into the porn business thanks to his "drinking buddy", porn magnate Ganari Takahashi.

Nisha has a growing army of fans, although he admits that he still suffers from erection problems during filming due to the presence of a crew nearby.

Nishi believes that his work is very useful, as it helps to prevent cases of sexual violence against real children. "I'm filming so that no one would think of hiring a real child for this. This is my noble mission. I'm a cripple. I can't hear in my left ear. I can't even open a water bottle. But I'm happy that I can earn my living honestly," the guy explains.

Japan is the only one of the Big Seven countries where possession of child porn was legal until 2014 (only its production and distribution was punishable by law). After that, the Japanese were given a year to "clean" their collections from child porn.
