Most often, you should not believe them. But yesterday, the American magazine Forbes published iPhone 8 renderings that are trustworthy. The fact is that these images came from Nodus, a manufacturer of luxury smartphone cases. As a rule, companies of this level have drawings and information from insiders even before the device is released.

According to Forbes, the diagonal of the OLED display will be 5.8 inches. The frames, unlike the latest Samsung phones, will remain, but their width will not exceed four millimeters. But the Home button, apparently, will disappear altogether. At the top there will be only a narrow platform for the camera, speaker and sensors. It is also reported that the device's screen will be programmatically protected from accidental taps.
Due to the absence of the Home button, the question arises what will happen to the fingerprint scanner. His fate is vague. You may have to say goodbye to this function for a while.
According to some reports, Touch ID will be replaced by a facial recognition system, or a so-called functional zone will appear on the display, similar to the touchbar of the new MacBook. Forbes also believes that the sensor may be in the enlarged power button on the right side. There is also a version that the scanner will be located on the back panel, but it's hard to believe.
Apparently, the iPhone 8 will be the most expensive smartphone from Apple. In the USA, it will be sold for $ 1,100-$ 1,200, and in the Russian market the price will soar to 80-90 thousand rubles.
