At the general meeting, it was decided to divide Andreas' shifts among the rest of the workers so that the man would not quit. All 650 employees agreed to work overtime, even those who were not personally acquainted with Andreas. No one knew how much time a single father needed to take care of his son. In total, colleagues worked 3264 hours for Andreas, that is, about 400 working days, which the man received as paid leave. Andreas couldn't hold back his tears.
