After this failure, he began to be interested in information about proper nutrition. Very soon, the man chose a keto diet for himself, which turned out to be effective. Balanced nutrition and willpower allowed Adam to lose 97 kg in two years! It was half the weight and such a result was inspiring.
It is worth noting that Sandoworkout could not actively train in the gym. His stenosis has not gone away and the need for surgery has not disappeared anywhere. The man regularly went to the gym, but did light cardio and workouts with small dumbbells.
In 2018, the guy decided to have an operation and a stimulator implant was installed in his spine. This reduced back pain by half and allowed you to train much more intensively. After rehabilitation, trips to the gym became more frequent and heavy exercises with a barbell appeared in the training program.
