But not everyone notices the works of this eternal painter. The artist from the USA John Ching (Jon Ching) helps us to see how beautiful and diverse the world around us is. John uses an unusual approach for this, since he paints pictures in the style of surrealism.
John Ching was born in Kaneohe, Hawaii and his childhood was spent among the bright colors of the tropical nature of the paradise island of Oahu. Probably, this is what influenced the fact that the heroes of his paintings were precisely representatives of flora and fauna – bright and exotic.
Now John Ching lives and works in Los Angeles, California and writes incredibly beautiful paintings in which the beauty and power of nature is intricately intertwined with his fantasies and philosophical reflections. But in order to fully enjoy the works of Ching, you do not need to delve into the ideas of his canvases. They are good in themselves, even without a secret meaning.
The artist boldly creates new creatures, often combining incompatible forms of life, thereby showing the inexhaustible potential of our planet. At the same time, the heroes of his paintings are often fragile and defenselessly touching. Ching seems to show the viewer that the creations of nature are amazing and thorough, but at the same time they are vulnerable in the face of man.
Therefore, Ching does not just show us the beauty of nature – he helps to preserve it. The artist cooperates with several environmental organizations and gives part of the money received for the paintings to various environmental projects.
