A reporter for the British edition of LADbible decided to conduct an experiment and live at least a day in the mode of actor Haftor Bjornsson, known for the role of Grigor Gory Kligan in the TV series "Game of Thrones".

Jake Massey trained and ate according to the strongman program, but it turned out to be a big test for him. The man warns all readers not to repeat his mistakes, such a diet and exercise, according to him, are not only difficult, but also dangerous.

Correspondent of the British edition of LADbible Jake Massey just loves to experience the lifestyles of unusual celebrities. Previously, he had already repeated the routine of actor Mark Wahlberg, and now he got to the famous strongman Haftor Bjornsson (aka Grigor Gore Clegane from "Game of Thrones").

The journalist decided to live at least a day, observing the same training and nutrition schedule that Bjornsson had in 2016. Then the actor was preparing for the competition for the title of the strongest man on the planet and shared details of his regime with followers on Instagram. At the same time, Bjersson stressed that it is not worth repeating his experience, because not everyone will be able to withstand such a routine.

Jake Massey decided to check the veracity of his words and lived one day in this mode. Of course, the correspondent slightly adjusted the strongman's training plan for himself, but left the food the same.

It all started with an early rise and a trip to the rocking chair, where the Mountain usually does morning 30-minute cardio. After that, Jake was very hungry, so he appreciated the weightlifter's hearty breakfast, consisting of eight eggs. Halfway through the omelet, Jake was ready to give up, but he still overcame the whole plate.

After an hour and a half, the man had a new test — a snack in the form of 400 grams of beef, the same amount of sweet potatoes and vegetables. And even though Massey had been walking the streets for a long time before, he did not have time to work up such a brutal appetite. Therefore, he literally had to force the contents of the plate into himself. Just look at the photo above and you will understand the whole essence of his suffering.

Two hours later, Massey had to eat almost the same dish. But now fruit has also been added to it. The only thing that helped the journalist to master this portion was an almost empty stomach. A lover of experiments admitted that he drank a lot of water during the day, so by lunchtime he managed to go to the toilet and "throw off this burden."

Nevertheless, even with this life hack, it took the journalist an hour to eat the contents of his plate.

Less than an hour later, Jake had to go to the lunch training of the Mountain. His strength was running out, but he held on well. You can evaluate his efforts yourself by watching the video above.

After training, the journalist had to eat again! This time — half a kilo of red fish and the same amount of sweet potatoes. No matter how much Jake suffered, even half of this dish barely fit into his stomach. And he still had to eat his dinner!

After a day in this mode, Jake Massey said that he could no longer continue the experiment and did not advise anyone else to repeat it. The consequences of the "Mountain-style life" haunted him for several more days.

Massey also admitted that during this period he had nose bleeding several times. Surely, these are the consequences of heavy strength training. Just imagine, and actor Haftor Bjornsson trains like this almost constantly! No wonder this guy is called the strongest man on the planet.
