The percentage of fat mass in his body decreased from 24.3% to 10%.

Patel hired a trainer who developed a nutrition and training plan for him. A man could write to him whenever he needed support so as not to lose his way. Before that, it seemed to him that he ate a fairly healthy meal: wholegrain cereals with two spoonfuls of protein shake for breakfast, a chicken sandwich and fruit for lunch, lean meat and vegetables or pasta for dinner.
But the coach explained to Patel that with such a diet you won't get the desired abs, and developed a lighter diet for him. It was necessary to start the day with eggs and spinach, then drink a nutty protein shake. At lunch and dinner, it was supposed to eat simple dishes like chicken breast and green vegetables. The coach also recommended fatty fish, red meat and dietary supplements to the ward.
Patel was motivated to stick to the program: at the end of the experiment, a fitness photo shoot was waiting for him.
The new diet was supplemented by a ruthless circular training regime: bench press, lifting dumbbells, pull-ups with weights and exercises on a rowing simulator.
Training complex for the day:
Bench press — 3 sets of 6-8 reps. Pull—ups with weights - 3 sets of 6-8 repetitions. Lifting dumbbells from a sitting position — 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions. Exercises on a rowing simulator — 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions. Bench press with a narrow grip — 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions. Swing with dumbbells to the sides from a sitting position — 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions. Dilution of dumbbells from the slope — 2 sets of 15 repetitions.
Hetan admits that the experiment forced him to reach the limit of his abilities: "All this turned out to be a test of strength for me, I became more disciplined and focused. Now I don't live to eat, but eat to live!
It was tough. There were days when I didn't even have the strength to think or pull myself out of bed. But my family helped me remember the prize. I was also worried that I would look bad in the final pictures, and this motivated me. Week after week, I saw how my body was changing, and I knew that I could achieve the goal. In the end, I saw that the game was worth the candle."
Early ascents and difficult exercises did not discourage Hetan from continuing — he will continue to adhere to a healthy regime: "I'll do it again. Why? Because I liked it. I enjoyed training, a clear schedule and a sense of my achievements. It sounds crazy, but I think I can lose more weight."
