Norway is the first country - a NATO member, where military service is mandatory not only for men, but also for women .. And this was done to comply with the principle of gender equality. See the beautiful half of the Norwegian army.

Norway is a country in which there is a constant struggle for gender equality. In accordance with local laws, at least 40% of the boards of directors of companies must be women. And in the government, women own half of the ministerial portfolios.

According to Norwegian politicians, rights and obligations should be exactly the same for everyone. And the army must have access to the best resources, regardless of gender.
