One of the most prestigious adventure and sports photography competitions in the world, Red Bull Illume has announced the winners of this year. The jury team of 53 people selects creative and exciting images that show extreme athletes in the most dizzying situations of their lives.
In 2021, the winner of the contest was Will Saunders for a photo of a climber falling from the Indian Creek cliff in Utah (USA). His work was selected from 47 thousand applications from around the world.
The "Playground" category is by Markus Berger (Austria), who filmed wakeboarders in the depths of the Hintertux glacier.
