And for the fourth time in a row, Singapore Changi International Airport becomes the winner of the World Airport Awards.
Russian airports, by the way, were also included in the rating. Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo and Kazan took 53rd, 78th and 100th place respectively. By the way, Domodedovo was named the best airport in Russia and the CIS.
The rating is based on the impressions and reviews of more than 13 million travelers from 106 countries. The study was conducted at more than 550 airports, 39 categories in the service sector were taken into account, including the usability and comfort of the airport, the location of toilets and the language skills of service personnel.
10th place — Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar
Annual passenger traffic: 30 million people.
Skytrax described the airport as an "architecturally expressive, luxurious building."
9th place — Kansai International Airport, Osaka, Japan
Travelers like the modern architecture, immaculate cleanliness and responsive staff at this airport.

8th place — London Heathrow Airport, United Kingdom
It is considered the third busiest passenger airport in the world.
Annual passenger traffic: 73.4 million people.
7th place — Zurich Airport, Switzerland
The airport provides passengers who have a delayed flight, bicycle or roller skates rental, as well as excursions to the Swiss Museum of Transport.

6th place — Japan Central International Airport, Nagoya
